For years, decaf coffee had a bad reputation. Many people thought it was bland or made with harsh chemicals.
Thankfully, that’s no longer the case.

What Is the Swiss Water® Process?
The Swiss Water® Process is a natural way to remove caffeine from coffee without using chemical solvents.
Instead, it uses only water, temperature, time, and a special carbon filter.
The process begins by soaking green coffee beans in pure water. This gently removes both the caffeine and the coffee’s natural flavor compounds. The water is then filtered to remove only the caffeine while keeping all the flavorful parts of the coffee.
A new batch of beans is placed into this flavor-rich water. Since the water already contains the coffee’s natural flavors, only the caffeine leaves the beans. The flavors stay where they belong.
By the end of the process, 99.9% of the caffeine has been removed, while the rich flavor, aroma, and body of the coffee remain.
